Blood and Feather Hydrolyzate Powder 

  1. Subject of specification
    The subject of specification is blood and feather hydrolyzate powder to production fodder for poligastric animals. Feather hydrolyzate is made in the process of feathers thermohydrolysis under the pressure of 5 bars in order to cleave keratin bonds. Technology applied in this process permits to obtain the product of high protein digestibility. Share of blood and feather is analogical to share in living bird. Powder contains 100% poultry substance. Stock for production comes down from healthy animals (mixed stock – poultry, turkey, goose), which meat was accepted by Veterinary Inspection as good to consume for people.

    • 2.1. Quality system
      2.1.1. Powder is produced in hygienic conditions, which guarantee high quality product.
      2.1.2. Stock production is made in neighborhood of slaughterhouse, without interference of alien persons and additional transport.
      2.1.3. Producer has HACCP plan, which guarantees high level of powder quality and prevents soil powder foreign bodies (glass, metal, rocks, wood etc.), and moulds during production, storage and transport.
      2.1.4. Every part of product is stamp apart and identified.
      2.1.5. Powder is stabilized with positive antioxidant BHA, BHT, which kind, dose and dosage way is proper for products intended for poligastric animals. There is no etoksyquina (E324) and any other antioxidant, which is harmful for poligastric animals.
      2.1.6. Powder is produced facilely with fodder production conditions, which are filled in Polish Law.
      2.1.7. All production labels are controlled by Veterinary Service and are ap
      proved facilely with Union Law.

      2.2.1. Smell – specific, not fusty. There is no any other smell.
      2.2.2. Color – dun.
      2.2.3. Form – loose powder, uniform, without carbonized particles, animal vermins and moulds.

      2.3.1. Powder is packed after chilling to temp. Max. 40 St. C.
      2.3.2. Powder is packed to new bags type big-bag, capacity 1 mt.
      2.3.3. Every bag is hermetically closed, there is no traces of failure. During transport bags are placed upright on pallets.
      2.3.4. During loading and transport powder is protected against atmosphere conditions and contaminations.
      2.3.5. Every bag has etiquette, which has:
      2.3.5.1. production date,
      2.3.5.2. producer name,
      2.3.5.3. product name,
      2.3.5.4. term of usefulness for consumption,
      2.3.5.5. chemical parameters: protein, ash, fat and moisture,
      2.3.6. To every delivery is joined Identify Document, facilely with obliged stipulation Ordinance UE No 177/2002.
      2.3.7. Product is free from damaged contaminations substances for animals, urea, toxins, insects and theirs grubs.
      2.3.8. About all changes in production process we inform customers with passing.
      2.3.9. Term of usefulness for consumption is 3 months from date of production.

Dried fodder yeast

KEMOS company is also an importer of dried fodder yeast with raw protein content in dry material reaching approximately 50%.

This is an imported product which was obtained from selected yeast strains bred on special nutrient (monosaccharide – the result of cellulose cleavage) in specialised production plant.

The biological value of yeast protein is similar to the biological value of animal protein. Yeast contains a large amount of phosphorus; it is rich in B group vitamins and it improves feed taste to a large extent.

General protein:              approximately 50% dry substance

Digestibility coefficient:   approximately 83,5%
Ash content:                   approximately 7,4% dry substance

Arsenic content:             approximately 0,46 mg / kg dry substance
Vitamin B content:          approximately 43,7 mg / kg dry substance

 
This yeast is in accordance with PN-81/A-79006 norm.


POULTRY FODDER FAT

    The subject of specification is poultry fodder fat to production industrial fodder and fodder for poligastric animals. It is made during the process of producing meat powder, it is squeezed out on the press or it is recovered with the use of a centrifugation device. Fat contain 100% poultry substance. Stock for production comes down from healthy animals (mixed stock – poultry, turkey, goose), which meat was accepted by Veterinary Inspection as good to consume for people.

      2.2.3. Form – liquid over temp. 25 St. C.,

      2.3.1. After line fat goes to setters, where are separated rests of meat powder. To receive bigger clarity fat is centrifuged.
      2.3.2. Fat is stored in special, warm containers, which are equipped in heat up system.
      2.3.3. During loading and transport fat is protected against atmosphere conditions and contaminations.
      2.3.4. Fat is transported in special, warm cisterns or container supplied by customer.
      2.3.5. Every part of fat is analyzed under contents corner:
      2.3.5.1. acid volume,
      2.3.5.2. over oxide volume;
      2.3.6. To every delivery is joined Identify Document, facilely with obliged stipulation Ordinance UE No 1774/2002.
      2.3.7. Product is free from damaged contaminations substances for animals, urea, toxins, insects and theirs grubs.
